It is a non-governmental, civil, professional, independent association with financial and administrative independence.
It has the right to own movable and immovable property and the right to raise claims and can
appoint one or more representatives to follow up and carry out the work of this association in court
and all departments and institutions, this association works to achieve and raise the level of tourism
Tourism, hospitality, and aviation, and providing facilities and guidance to tourists at the domestic level
Kurdistan and the federal Iraq and abroad in the following manner:
A- At the level of the Kurdistan Region:
The Association of Aviation and Tourism Companies works to advocate and
Support the licensed tourism and aviation companies by the government of the Kurdistan Region and all
Employees of this sector and coordinate with the relevant government agencies of the region to protect the rights and
Interests of tourism and aviation companies in Kurdistan in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in Kurdistan.
B- At the level of the Federal Iraq:
The Association of Aviation and Tourism Companies coordinates with all
Governorates of Iraq and all institutions of the federal government and non-governmental organizations in order to advance
The tourism sector in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region in particular.
C- At the level of foreign countries:
The Association of Aviation and Tourism Companies coordinates with
Aviation and tourism companies and specialized organizations in this field in Arab and international countries
